Switzerland is a country known for its stunning natural diversity, from majestic mountains to tranquil lakes, and picturesque villages in green valleys. This small, landlocked nation in the heart of Europe, possess an enormous landscape variety that offers a unique treasure for our environmental ecosystem. 

 

The Swiss Alps overs about 60% of the country's total land area. These snow-capped peaks not only provide breathtaking scenery but countless opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, & mountaineering.  This country owns a rich biodiversity highlighted by their forest, meadows, & wetlands, are home to a variety of plants and animals species. The country's national parks such as "Jungfrau-Aletsch-Bietschhorn" UNESCO World Heritage Site, protect these natural habitats and offer visitors a chance to experience the wonders of Swiss wildlife up close.


In addition to its mountains, Switzerland is also home to a number of stunning lakes, such as "Lac Léman"(largest in area & volume) , Lakc Constance, Lake Neûchatel & Lake Maggiore  are a few of the the 103 largest lakes that provide a refreshing escape from the hustler and bustle of city life, but also offer opportunities for water sports such as swimming, sailing & fishing. The peaceful shores of these lakes, are surrounded by charming little villages.
